Triangle Area Home Builder Previews New Community

Members of the Chapel Hill community came out to get a sneak preview of The Woodlands at Westfall, a 300-acre new home community being built by Heartland Homes, located near Jordan Lake in early October.  “We were very excited to have 15 groups of interested parties show up to our first preview party for Westfall.  The attendees were able to see what Heartland Homes will be offering in Chatham County and get to see our large home sites and beautiful homes that are under construction,” says Colen Davidson, Division President of Heartland Homes of NC.

The event was very successful and well attended by the nearby residents.  The Heartland Homes team showed off the master plans for the charming community of custom Chapel Hill homes , which will feature:

  • Large wooded home sites
  • Quiet yet convenient location near route 15-501
  • Junior Olympic swimming pool, XGrass multipurpose field, cabana, tot lot, dog park and walking trails

The team released the first phase site map, which includes 35 spacious home sites, pricing for the single-family homes, which starts in the $310,000 range and floor plans, which are all customizable by the buyer.

In addition to recreation and the amenities, Westfall has access to modern schools in the Chatham County school district. That means you get a Chapel Hill address, lower property taxes and top-notch schools in one neighborhood. Homes at Westfall are also within a few miles of the elementary school, middle school and proposed high school, scheduled to open in 2017.

Heartland Homes has sold out of its homesites in this beautiful, popular community, but you can still build a brand-new home at Westfall. Click here to learn more.
